My whole approach to supporting leaders and their teams is based around this model. Developed from my years of practice and using evidence-based methodologies, I work with leaders and their teams to deepen their insight, enhance their know-how and leadership skills, and support their ability to learn in order to face new and complex challenges.

Together, we’ll identify practical approaches to help you overcome your challenges and enhance the impact you have as a leader. This can include:

  • Working 1:1 with me (either in person in Melbourne, or virtual sessions from wherever you are);
  • Valid and reliable psychometric tools to deepen your self-insight and better understand how others experience you;
  • Practical and evidence-based strategies to enhance your leadership skills.

Strengthen the engagement and cohesion of your leadership team

I bring expertise on team functioning, with the ability to acutely read and balance the tensions that come from working with multiple people at once. Whether it’s team-based coaching, workshops or facilitation, I am able to build a safe and challenging space for the team to improve their effectiveness in working together.
